At Clearjoint, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products purchased through our website at https://clearjoint.world.

This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer protection law.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) and the Irish European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., by email) before the withdrawal period expires.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product
  • The product must not show signs of use, damage, or tampering
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

4. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, in accordance with applicable law, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery
  • Products that are not in their original condition due to reasons not caused during delivery

5. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at managers@clearjoint.world within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your intention to return the product and your order number.
  2. We will confirm your return request and provide you with return instructions and the shipping address.
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the product to the address provided. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or was delivered in error.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product:

  • We will notify you by email of the status of your return within 5 business days of receiving it.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of our receipt of the returned product or proof that you have sent it back, whichever is earlier.
  • The refund will include the original delivery charges (standard delivery costs only). If you chose a more expensive delivery method, we will refund only the cost equivalent to standard delivery.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund to your account.

7. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at managers@clearjoint.world. In such cases:

  • We will cover the cost of return shipping
  • We will offer a full refund or replacement, at your discretion
  • You may be asked to provide photographs of the defective or incorrect product

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  • Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary

9. Consumer Rights

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish law, EU consumer protection directives, or the law of your country of residence within the EU. You may have additional rights under applicable national consumer protection laws.
